Haddon House Care Home is located in Ilkeston Town Centre and is convenient for shops, amenities, public transport and the M1 motorway link. This purpose built care home provides nursing and care for the mentally infirmed elderly. Accommodation at Haddon House is provided in single occupancy rooms, although some are large spacious enough for companions to share. Haddon House features TV lounges and a quiet sitting room for residents to relax. Separate dining rooms, where residents can socialise with others at meal times, are also available. Meals are served based on traditional home cooking using fresh produce with daily choices being available. Special diets can be catered for. Meals can also be served in residents rooms if preferred. The entertainment of guests and arrangement of private parties attracts a small extra charge. Regular visits are made to the home by an experienced hair stylist and a qualified chiropodist. Complementary therapies can be arranged for residents. Laundry for our residents is undertaken by the home. A variety of activities are available for residents. Visitors are welcome at any time. |
