The Willows care home offers 24-hour nursing care, dementia care from 50 years of age and respite care for the elderly. The home has been tastefully decorated throughout with individual décor in each bedroom to meet the requirements and needs of each resident. There is a large conservatory within a substantial airy lounge area and a tranquil, secluded garden which offers a relaxing atmosphere and a quiet retreat. A qualified nurse/key worker is assigned to each resident ensuring an holistic approach to individual care and daily fulfilment. The Willows liaises with families, community organisations, social services departments and purchasing authorities to support Person Centred Care Planning and ensures full account is taken of social, emotional, cultural and spiritual needs of all individuals. Activities are planned to meet the residents’ needs but we also respect a person’s need for peace and quiet and choice on how they spend their day.
