Outstanding care. Throughout the 14 months my father lived at Parkside the care was amazing. The standard was always high and his needs were met in detail. He felt safe and happy and treated as an individual. Nothing was too much trouble. A family atmosphere. The consistency of care and communication from such large staff was unique. I could visit or phone at any time of the day or night and the reception was always friendly and informative. A service of excellence. Thank you.
