Kind, happy, friendly staff always willing to have a chat about my mum. Food is excellent, large helpings. When mum has been poorly very efficient at getting doctors to see her, pleasant smell throughout the home. I feel at ease that my mum is being well looked after.

Though my grandmother was only at Beauvale for the shortest of times our family were incredibly grateful for the level of care, effort and dignity afforded her by all the staff at the home. Beyond this their attentiveness to us as guests went far beyond any expectations we had of the circumstances. Kind courtesy, drinks, meals and even room to stay at all hours by my grandmother's side were routinely extended to us leaving us free to focus with as little anxiety as possible on my nan's final days. We thank all at Beauvale very much.

Friendly atmosphere, staff excellent, my brother is well looked after. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone, its perfect, I can't find any faults yet.

My mother has been in Beauvale now for almost 3 months and has settled in very well. The whole place is very welcoming and the staff are all excellent without exception, always kind caring and cheerful, and nothing is ever too much trouble. It is always spotlessly clean, and my mother enjoys the food. We are very pleased with our decision to choose Beauvale.

I wish to add my recommendation to those already on the website. I was very happy with the staff and care during my stay at this home. My three week stay was arranged at very short notice by the management. I shall be returning for more short stays in the near future.

I needed to find a few weeks emergency respite care for my dad when mum was diagnosed with shingles. Being able to read recommendations by residents and their families reassured dad that he would be well cared for at Beauvale. The staff are so friendly, caring and helpful and dad has booked another fortnights stay next month.

The staff are very friendly, very clean. This is the first care home we walked into and we did not get a bad smell. The food is very tasty. Welcoming environment, my mother has settled very well. I feel happy to leave my mother in the care of Beauvale.

Staff very friendly, looked after my Granny very well. Warm welcome, involved my Granny in day to day events eg. she helped with the hoovering, setting the tables, made some lovely friends.

Friendly staff, very approachable. Mum is well looked after, she is very happy here. The home is clean, bright, food is excellent especially enjoy the meals at nights. Good food choice for mum, no problem to get a second helping. Care is very good.

Very friendly staff. Welcoming, very clean, all equipment in good condition, nice decoration in bedrooms. Very helpful staff even when busy. When my mother-in-law arrived at the home all staff knew about her arrival and about her which was reassuring.

Clean and tidy, friendly, welcoming, staff are always available to talk to, regarding any concerns. I can go away knowing my mum will be well cared for. The staff are good at contacting me if there is anything needed. Good sense of humour among staff and residents.

Friendly staff, look after my dad very well. I can always go home content that he is in good hands. I love coming to the meal nights that the home have for residents and families. The food is amazing, if there is anything I need I just ask and I will get.

Caring staff, warm welcome, cosy environment, recently refurbished, very safe. Home manager and administrator very competent. Good menu choice, very well monitored fluid and food intake. Good attention to mums welfare. I can leave the home knowing she is in excellent care. Overall the home is run very well.

My husband died in Beauvale on the 13 November after a long battle with dementia. All the staff were outstanding in their care for him. He was only with them for a short time, but their love and patience with him and his family made his passing easier.

The home is going through a refit and is looking nice. The staff are very caring even in the most difficult of circumstances. I would certainly have no problem in recommending anyone for this care home. My mother has been in it for 10 years.

Made to feel at ease straight away. My father has already made this his home from home, this only after a few weeks. Staff are very friendly, caring and nothing is too much trouble for them. Really glad we chose this home!

When my wife went to Beauvale in April 2012 I was concerned both for my wife and for myself about how things would work out. No need to worry, she has been looked after very well. The staff have been superb. I visit 3-4 times a week and I am looked after very well, nothing is too much trouble. It makes me feel better knowing she is in safe hands.

Staff friendly and welcoming. The care is second to none. The building was purpose built and is going through new decoration and carpets. I feel safe in the knowledge that my mum is being cared for in a safe loving environment.
