In the two and half years mum has received marvellous care. The staff are both attentive and understanding of mum's needs. They are lead by a very professional management team.

My Mother Madeline Perkins is a resident here, she is very very well looked after, the standard of care is truly wonderful. Mum is so happy here and we are in turn as it's comforting to know that she is cared for as we would care for her.

Lucy Elliott came to Melbourne House as a result of a stroke which rendered her totally disabled. A few weeks later Lucy had a further smaller stroke which left her totally bed bound and reliant for all her needs on her carers. Lucy has been resident at Melbourne House for 9 months and has always received excellent care by all involved with Lucy's well being from management, staff and carers - they really are carers in the true sense of the word.

Lovely atmosphere, caring, warm, lovely food, lovely staff all you could wish for in a nursing home. (Would prefer a sheltered smoking area for Dad).
