Review of West Lodge Nursing Home on Thursday 21 February 2013 by Susan Thompson (Friend of resident)
I have recommended West Lodge Care Home because my old neighbour has been a resident since August 2008. The care is loving and kind. All the residents are treated with respect and always asked if they are all right every time the staff do anything for them. Its like one big happy family. The matron is so kind and caring. I have been visiting for the last 5 years and have never seen anything other than loving care.
