This is the third home my mum has been in and it is by far the best. The staff to resident ratio is very good. Staff are very understanding of my mothers needs, and are always accessible. Mum's room is always clean and bright. The laundry service is very good. At mealtimes, there is a good choice and meals which are eaten in a bright clean dining room. Mum has settle really well at Downshaw Lodge.
