Alt Park is located very close to Croxteth Country Park and also within easy reach of Dovecot, West Derby, Croxteth, Norris Green, Fazakerley and Kirkby. The Home is registered with both the Liverpool Health Authority and the Liverpool Social Services Directorate to provide Nursing and Residential Care for up to 35 older people.

A detached building situated alongside the Alt Park. The home is spacious, bright, colourful and attractive. Close by there is a variety of shops, library, post office and churches.

All grades of staff work hard as a team to provide individual nursing and personal care for the health and well-being of the persons in their care. Staff have been successful in creating a warm, friendly, family atmosphere.

I would recommend Alt Park wholeheartedly, they are looking after all of my mums needs. I have no worries about her wellbeing whereas when she was in her own home the family were constantly concerned that she would hurt herself, go missing again etc.

It is a very warm and welcoming place with a relaxed atmosphere. Residents are well cared for and shown respect. The staff are very hard working and professional. The manager is excellent, listens to your concerns/needs and acts upon them immediately. It is a tightly run ship. My dad is cared for extremely well.

The care that the residents receive in Alt Park is compassionate and with dignity. Residents' needs of eating, hygiene and interaction are always met. The staff are always gentle, pleasant and friendly with both residents and visitors. The atmosphere is always welcoming. I love visiting.

My mum has been at Alt Park for nearly 4 months. I have found the staff very friendly, but more importantly, very loving to my mum, who is very unpredictable at times due to her dementia. You can feel the warm atmosphere as soon as you walk in, a very homely environment!! Alt Park have been a God send to us!!
