Lawton Manor stands in two acres of landscaped grounds on the edge of the Cheshire village of Church Lawton. We are about one mile from Alsager and Kidsgrove and seven miles from Congleton and Newcastle under Lyme.

Lawton Manor enjoys beautiful views over woodland, the Trent and Mersey Canal and acres of rolling Cheshire Countryside and farmland. Despite its rural setting, Lawton Manor is accessible, with convenient access to shops, restaurants and public transport links. For your convenience, we operate our own courtesy vehicle.

The majority of our bedrooms have been purpose built, whilst the grand lounge and dining rooms of the original parts of the manor house provide elegant spaces for dining and lounge areas.

Our spacious bedrooms and suites are all fully furnished and tastefully decorated to a high standard – most have ensuite bathrooms including some with private showers. All rooms have private direct-dial telephone, television points, a lockable facility for valuables, a nurse call alarm and smoke detectors.

We provide both personal and nursing care for older people on a long term, convalescent and short stay basis. Twenty-four hour cover is provided by a qualified, experienced and committed care team specifically recruited for their sensitivity, dedication and professional expertise in this area of care. All specialist equipment is available.

All Majesticare’s Homes put Residents’ choices first, and at Lawton Manor you are free to eat your meals in our dining rooms or in your own room. We are happy to provide meals for visitors as well. Our fresh home-cooked food is nutritionally balanced and we cater for special requirements such as vegetarian or soft foods.

At Lawton Manor we have a dedicated activities organiser who arranges a lively social calendar including arts, entertainment, exercise, trips such as shopping, and events in the Home. We also arrange regular visits from Hairdressers, chiropodists, dentists, opticians, local GP’s, and a range of other professionals.
