Reviewer Connection to Newton Court Care Home
Recommendation submitted from a Postal Card by Jane F (Daughter of Resident/Service User) on Friday 15 May 2015.
My Mum resided at the care home above for two years almost. During this time it was a delight to notice all the staff were so happy to help mums experience be as happy & content as possible. My Brother (I have three) and our spouses were always greeted with a smile, and offered support ourselves when needed. The genuine interest in Mum's welfare was most touching & appreciated, in all the two years no complaints at all.
