This purpose built home provides nursing and social care for the frail elderly and the mentally infirm elderly. Accommodation at Preston Glades is provided in single occupancy rooms, a number of which are with en-suite facilities. Some rooms are spacious enough for companions to share. The home is tastefully furnished and features TV lounges and several quiet sitting rooms. Separate dining rooms are available where residents can enjoy the company of others at meal times. A good selection of traditional home cooked food using fresh produce is served with daily choices. Special diets can be catered for.

Visits are made on a regular basis to the home by an experienced hair stylist and a qualified chiropodist. Complementary therapies can be arranged for residents.

The home employes a highly skilled activities therapist that provides a varied programme of activities.
