Richmond Heights care home provides 24-hour nursing for: palliative, nursing, high dependence residential and respite care for the elderly. The home has been tastefully decorated throughout with individual décor to each bedroom to meet the requirements and needs of each individual resident. There is a large conservatory within a substantial airy lounge area and a tranquil, secluded garden which offers a relaxing atmosphere and a quiet retreat. The staff are highly qualified and motivated enabling them to meet the needs of the residents. Each resident has an individual care package, specifically planned to reflect his or her personal needs and choices. Each member of staff is trained to ensure that our residents’ personal dignity is maintained at all times. Residents are welcome to bring in personal treasures and small pieces of furniture to personalise their own room.
