        (For Adult Day Care Centres and Extra Care Housing which do not have a registered number of beds, 1) and 2) are replaced by the formula of 0.2 points per Review, up to a maximum score of 2 points. ie a listing needs 10 Reviews to receive the maximum score of 2 points

My Dad moved in to Hillbro in March and I'm so pleased we managed to get him a place here. I can't praise all the staff enough, the management are really helpful, the carers are all amazing and can't do enough for the residents, the chef is brilliant as are the staff that work in the kitchen. I love the fact that they put on regular entertainment which seems to be a big hit with all the residents. Overall I can't thank you all enough for what you do for my Dad. I'm sure my Mum and sister would wholeheartedly agree!

My mum has been here three months, after a 3 .5 months in hospital. She has her own room which is nicely decorated with carpet, she has taken her chair plus cabinet with a lot of her favourite ornaments plus has a tv,telephone so she can be in contact with us and many photos of her family .The staff there are very caring and show dignity with her.They are very good at keeping in contact with any problems that arise .I feel like my family has been extended as the whole of the staff are very friendly and caring too.
