Staff at Lindley Grange offer a professional and friendly care service to people living with dementia and Parkinson's disease. Care plans are also provided to people who are looking for convalescence and respite and to those who require palliative care.

Within walking distance to nearby village Lindley, this purpose built home has been carefully designed to provide high quality accommodation and facilities. All bedrooms are ensuite and have a 24 hour call system.

The on-site chef works hard to cater for each resident’s dietary needs and provides a hot and cold option at every mealtime. A personalised birthday cake is always made for residents’ birthdays.

Friends are encouraged to join in monthly events arranged by the home for residents to enjoy, as well as daily activities such as flower arranging, movement exercise classes and light gardening activities.

Lindley Grange is a warm and caring home and the staff look after my husband very well. He seems well and happier now than 2 years ago. His speech has gone, but his eyes light up, and he smiles when I go to visit him. The residents all love some entertainment, music and dancing especially, it changes their mood and they can enjoy themselves. I would recommend Lindley Grange to friends and family if they were looking for a care home for dementia illness.

The care given by the staff is very good, they interact with the residents as best they can, due to the pressure of all other jobs to be carried out. They entertain the residents as often as they can, which makes the residents happy and also the relatives.

Having viewed several care homes in the Huddersfield area, with dementia care, Lindley Grange came out top of the list. Although there isn't a perfect care home, Lindley Grange's residents are very well cared and looked after.

My husband is very happy at Lindley Grange as does residents appear to be excellent care and very clean. My husband always looks clean and tidy and well cared for, this always makes me happy. I would recommend Lindley Grange to anyone, this I have done in the past.

I am absolutely delighted with the care my father has received at Lindley Grange since he was admitted in April. My father has severe dementia and terminal cancer. The staff are truly loving and treat all the residents as individuals and with care and dignity. I am overwhelmed by how the staff will go out of their way to accommodate my Father's requirements and will never forget the kindness they have shown.
