My mother was in Ghyll Royd for a short time before she passed away. The staff exceeded all expectations and made the end of her life the very best it could be. I was shown round beforehand and the same staff were there to welcome us and my mum when she arrived. The staff were fantastic at seeing to both our needs and those of my mum, and I was just so relieved that she was moved to such a nice caring environment. Thank you to you all.
