My uncle has been a resident here for 3 years. When he arrived he was distressed from being at an unsuitable(for his needs) care home. He is content and well looked after. The management regularly check if relatives have any concerns. I asked that during the day if he was having bed rest that his room door could be kept open. This was done immediately and ever since. Only minor details but they mean a lot to loved ones.
