I would recommend Cleavland Park to anyone looking for a care home for a loved one. My Aunt has been in this home for six years and I have always found the quality of care outstanding. The staff are always friendly and caring and each resident is treat with dignity. The staff and management are there not only for the resident but for the relatives also. Often they have given me a shoulder to cry on. No matter what is thrown at them the staff continue to give outstanding and loving care.

My aunt was extremely well cared for within this home. I could not fault or praise the staff enough. The atmosphere was homely, friendly and nothing was a problem. The management has a very hands on approach and we were always informed of anything that was happening. I will certainly pass on the good name of the home to anyone in my locality. Fantastic and well done to the whole team. My aunt was happy, content and fulfilled until her very dignified end.

Staff are professional at all times. Always approachable if seeking information. They will telephone me if mother in law is ill,falls has a GP visit. The home is clean, bedrooms are ensuite and a are large. Food is made on site and served hot. Plenty of fluids offered. Management are also available to speak to at any time. I would recommend this home to any one requiring EMI Nursing you could not choose a better place for your loved ones.

My mother has been a resident in the care home for 5 years. The staff are very good in providing care and very friendly. When my mam hasn't been well or suffered a fall I have been notified by phone immediately. The home is always clean and has recently been redecorated. Regular reviews take place to determine mams needs.
