This purpose built care home offers accommodation in single occupancy rooms, most of which have private toilet facilities. Some rooms are spacious enough for sharing.

Albany features TV lounges, a quiet sitting room, a reminiscence room and bar for residents to relax. Separate dining rooms, where residents can socialise at meal times are also available. Traditional home cooked food is served using fresh produce with residents being able to select from the choices available daily. Special diets can be catered for.

Regular visits are made to the home by an experieced hair stylist and a qualified chiropodist. Complementary therapies can also be arranged.
