Review of Tollesby Hall Care Home, Middlesbrough, Cleveland & Teesside by Michael Atkinson (Son of a resident)

Tuesday 26 February 2013

My father Gordon was a resident of Tollesby before he passed away. The care and compassion dignity and respect he was given was second to none. All of the staff management, nursing and care staff were a credit to their profession. They not only take care of the resident, but also the family. The home was wonderfully clean and set in a nice location.the difficult decision of our father going into a home because of his illness, has been removed from us after the realisation of the care he received there, as we were told by our father how much he loved being a resident, and the friendship and bond he had with the staff. We cannot thank the staff of Tollesby enough for making his stay so nice.

Review of Tollesby Hall Care Home, Middlesbrough, Cleveland & Teesside by Ian L (Resident)

Wednesday 25 July 2012

The care home is in a lovely natural environment in a peaceful setting and nice gardens. All the care staff are very friendly, warm hearted and highly competent. They will always go out of their way to meet the diverse needs of the residents 24/7. All the staff I met acted with considerable compassion and seem to bond with the people they look after, and do everything possible to help people to maintain their dignity. Highly recommended, as a clean, safe and caring place to live with good facilities.
