During my mother's short time in the Willows she was treated with respect and dignity, alongside a happy and pleasant environment. She liked the home and especially the banter with staff. The kind reception given to myself and other members of my family by the staff helped to make all visits as pleasurable as possible given the circumstances. Nothing was too much trouble. The staff made my mother's last few weeks as comfortable and pleasant as possible, with the utmost attention given to care and support. Everyone is a credit to the home , thank you The Willows.
