Harbour View Lodge is located in the town of Whitehaven and overlooks the harbour. The home is close to shops, amenities and public transport. This tastefully decorated purpose built home provides accommodation in single occupancy rooms, all of which have en-suite facilities. Harbour View Lodge provides TV lounges and a quiet sitting room with beautiful harbour views, for relaxation. Separate dining rooms, where residents can socialise at meal times, are also available. Meals based on traditional cooking using fresh produce are served, and residents can select from the daily choices menus available. Special diets can be catered for. Residents can benefit from the regular visits made to the home by an experienced hair stylist and qualified chiropodist. Complementary therapies can be arranged for individuals. A sensory/relaxation room has also been developed. The home has an activities therapist who co-ordinates a varied programme of activities for residents. |
