Recommendation submitted from a Website Submission by Penny Comley (Daughter of Resident/Service User) on Thursday 2 October 2014. Recommendation relates to August 2014.
First clas care with compassion My mother was only a resident for a very short time as she suffered a stroke soon after arrival. Despite the lack of time for the staff to get to know her as a person the standard of care together with the sympathy and understanding shown to both my mother and her relatives was absolutely first class. Making a decision of this nature is very hard and if this helps others I would be delighted. It is also important for praise to be expressed when applicable.
