Muriel is severely disabled (CP) and is totally deaf giving rise to huge communication problems. She has recently lost the use of her arms so cannot use BSL. Dolywern is brilliantly designed with plenty of space to move around and lovely grounds complete with a river. Help is always available by call button, the nursing and care staff are kind, gentle, full of fun and always ready to go the extra mile for the residents. Chirk is handy for small shopping while Wrexham is reachable by the 'house' bus. The head of house is very hands on and the kitchen staff provide excellent choices of food. Given my advanced years I am very happy that when I am no longer here, my daughter will continue to be loved and cared for and happy for the rest of her days.
