Glais House is a unique, warm and welcoming 45-bed nursing home based in Swansea.

Our rooms are bright and friendly and exceed national standards (several >16 sqm). Every room has a top range profiling bed (to help residents sleep easy) and WiFi (with Skype, to allow residents to contact friends and relatives at their convenience).We have installed luxurious spa baths that play residents’ favourite songs.

Our Matron, Sue Lewis, is well known by the Welsh Social Services as a passionate leader of care for the elderly. Sue is supported by a team of highly motivated and trained nursing care staff.

Our Activities Co-ordinator holds daily events such as bingo, cinema nights and interactive concerts. Our recent kitchen renovations allow our Chef to cook dishes with ease.

The home is situated on 4 acres of well-kept gardens - home to local wildlife, protected trees and an outdoor patio.
