My mother in law was only with you for 3 weeks, but the care and attention you gave her was second to none. The staff went out their way to be helpful, nothing was too much bother even when we wanted tea at 2.00am. We as a family and individually have never experienced a more kind and supportive group of staff and every single one of them deserve a ROCK award.
