The manager has been very helpful from the start, and arranged to move my husband from a hospital in England to Camilla House which took an enormous weight from my shoulders. The staff are always pleasant and friendly, and my husband has settled here very quickly.

Camilla House is a beautiful building with excellent facilities and a very high standard of cleanliness. The general atmosphere is very pleasant. The staff are extremely hard-working - nothing seems to be too much trouble for them - and they are very attentive, caring and friendly towards residents.

The home is very clean and staff are very friendly. The home has a 'homely' feel and we are very pleased with the care dad receives. The home keeps us well informed and it's great having open visiting. Dad is treated with dignity and respect which means so much to us.

I have found the care home to be friendly and clean. My mother has been treated with both dignity and respect. Staff are always friendly and helpful and residents and visitors/families and friends have a friendly relationship with staff.

Staff are friendly and happy to offer assistance with any issues arising. Open visiting is a bonus as working life varies as shift work.

Any time I have been to visit John he has appeared fresh and clean. He has settled now and relies on the routine of his day and has chosen his seat in the hallway. Staff always happy to offer tea and coffee and stop for a chat.
