I cannot speak more highly of the way in which my dear husband is being cared for in Kingfishers. He was a very clever, highly qualified man, but he is now a poor old fellow. Nevertheless, he and everyone else including visitors are treated kindly and with respect. I mark them 10 out of 10!

I have nothing but praise for this home. The manager and all of the staff were always so pleasant and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. My friend, the resident, was certainly not the easiest person to deal with but never said a word of complaint about any of the staff. The environment, food and multiple activities for the residents were all excellent.

My whole family agree that we were so lucky to be offered a place at Kingfishers for my Dad, Revd Trevor Rowe. He has vascular dementia and was beginning to need nursing care that his previous care home could not provide. I visit him at least every other day and cannot fault the care that he and his fellow residents receive. The staff give kindness, physical care, mental stimulation, endless conversation, hugs & hand holding to all residents as if they were looking after their own family members, which is so reassuring to relatives. I understand about the sometimes "challenging behaviour" of some residents but nothing seems to faze the care staff at Kingfishers! I really cannot fault anything about Kingfishers Care Home and am just glad that we were so lucky to find it. Well done to all who work there!
