My mother is in stage 7 of dementia and needs 24 hour support and total care. All staff are kind and caring. Nurses are on each floor all the time. As soon as anything arises where nursing or medication is needed they give immediate and appropriate response. All staff are ready to answer any questions or concerns with kindness and respect. Every effort is made to create a homely environment in individual rooms and a friendly and co-operative environment in lounges. Personal and corporate celebrations and festivals are highlighted and celebrated. Individual nutritional needs are accommodated. Each person is respected and cared for, personal integrity is given priority.

I visit twice a week and are always greeted with a smile and a 'hello how are you'. They look after my friend very well and he is very happy living in the Home. Great Staff and facilities. It is very clean and tidy.

My late husband spent his last month here. Excellent nursing, staff always very polite, courteous and kind. My husband was looked after impeccably and I am very satisfied with the attention he received and the support I was given at a very difficult time.

Everyone front of house, kitchen, cleaners, laundry and above all nursing staff and carers really do care for the residents. Also giving the relatives their information and care too. Highly recommended.
