The level of care and attention shown to the residents of Alexandra Grange is second to none and that care is not superficial. When talking to the staff you become aware that they feel deeply for the people they look after and that continues even when they are not on duty. They are also very attentive and sympathetic to relatives. The premises are first class and well maintained by staff who also treat the residents with care and respect.

My mother has been at Alexandra Grange for over 2 years. She is very happy even though she is not very mobile and suffers from dementia. Any issues usually get resolved quickly.

I would recomend Alexandra Grange as they are very friendly and provide a family orientated environment, they have activities going on at all times make relatives feel very welcome. It is also very clean the staff are approachable and helpful, my dad always looks happy and clean he suffers with dementia and since he has been at the home he has come out of him self and is more confident.
