Review of The Beeches Residential Care Home, Birmingham, West Midlands by Kevin D (Son of Resident)

My mom has been a resident at The Beeches Care Home for now 5 months. From day 1 all of the staff from top to bottom have been excellent. All the family feel very at home when seeing her, knowing that she is in very safe hands thoughout the day and night. They always offer entertainment in the afternoon, singing, excercise and of course bingo, and spending Chrismas Day here form 12 till 7 at night it was like 1 big family with everyone!.

Mother has been a resident for 4 months having moved from her own home. The transition has been very smooth, she is happy and well cared for. The facilities are modern, clean and well maintained.

I consider The Beeches Care Home to be clean and comfortable for residents. The staff are excellent and really do go above and beyond their care and duty. Visitors are always made very welcome. Food is always well prepared and presented. I know that my husband is being loved and well looked after by everyone concerned.
