The purpose built building has two wings with 30 residential places and 30 places for dementia care. The layout and facilities are designed to enhance residents’ dignity and independence. Every room has a mini fridge and plasma television with Freeview.

There is a call bell point in every room so that emergency care staff can get to residents 24 hours a day, every day of the year.

There is a specially landscaped, secure garden and some of the ground floor rooms have doors leading out onto a private patio.
