Review of St Michael's Court

My aunt had a very happy time at St Michael's Court, she spent two and a half years there and was well looked after. She passed away peacefully on the 5th July.

Review of St Michael's Court

Well designed for people with dementia as there are long, light, extremely wide corridors. Friendly, approachable management willing to take criticism and worries and deal with them. Staff appear happy and handle all residents with care and consideration. We've obviously had some grumbles in three years but nothing major. It all depends on good staff and management.

Review of St Michael's Court

The care home is very convenient for me to visit but mainly my husband is cared for in a very caring way. He has his own room with ensuite wet room. The care home is brilliant with staff politeness, very good. I would strongly recommend this home to anyone.

Review of St Michael's Court

Excellent staff which have a good knowledge of individual residents are are caring. Staff are prevented from spending the optimum amount of time caring for the residents due to excessive paperwork/constant recording/monitoring. If anything there are electronic 'Apps' that could make this procedure easier. Excellent care and entertainment of residents over Christmas.

Review of St Michael's Court

St. Michael's has been our mother's home for over two years now. I have noticed a considerable improvement in the home since the new management team was put in place. Mum is well looked after and if she is poorly the doctor is soon sent for.

Review of St Michael's Court

St Michaels care home looked after my mum until her death just before Xmas. The staff were lovely and gave a very high standard of care, the staff went to great lengths to care for mum and liaise with the family during a very difficult time leading up to mums death. I believe mum was genuinely loved and I was very touched that The manager and several nursing staff attended mums funeral. As an ex nurse I highly recommend this care home.

Review of St Michael's Court

Going into care was a devastating decision for Dad, myself, and my sister. We saw some awful places. Then we found St Michael's Court. Purpose built, light, airy, and lots of space. I am an ex nurse and carer, and knew what I was looking for. No nasty niffs. Rooms are super. I have stayed in much worse hotels. Staff are friendly, helpful, dedicated, and really care about the residents.
