Mom was taken into New Cross in December 2013 after a fall at home where she was being looked after by family and carers. She is 93 and suffers from vascular dementia and is now at the stage where her memory is virtually non-existent and she needs 24 hour care. I cannot praise the staff at New Cross enough. They look after mom around the clock providing entertainment in the form of music, dancing, bingo, singing, external visits to theatres, events etc. The food is excellent with 4 meals per day.
