Home is lovely and modern and care staff are warm and welcoming as is the management team. I have had good service from all staff and the deputy/home manager, especially if I have a concern and these have always been dealt with efficiently and always responded too. Food and choice are good, although there could be more attention to detail with certain foods on the menu. I have never had an issue with any member of staff, as all care staff are very caring, although I did have poor service from a member of the Deputy Manager team. overall a very nice home with a good quality of service.
