Review of Herald Lodge, Coventry, West Midlands by Sue Swanson (Daughter of resident)
Wednesday 20 February 2013
My father has been in Herald lodge since it opened last year and I have been delighted with the care he has received and the way in which he has settled. The staff are very caring and patient, dealing with each resident individually as their needs require. The facilities are excellent with plenty of space for quiet times as well as for group activities. Like the above relative my father prefers his own company and will usually be in his room but this is fine .

Review of Herald Lodge, Coventry, West Midlands by H L (daughter-in-law of resident)
Monday 12 November 2012
Mother-in-law moved in mid-July 2012 and has been very settled. The staff are extremely helpful, kind and considerate. Nothing has been too much trouble. We are very pleased with the care she receives. Although activities are offered, mother-in-law prefers her own company, and there has been no problem with her being in her room, doing puzzles in her puzzle books, and watching TV - which is what she would have done at home! She hasn't been "forced" to take part in activities that she doesn't want to do. (Hence my judgement of "satisfactory" against activities - I know some are offered, but can't comment on how good they are.)
