Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5
On the 2nd November 2017, my Mum reached 100 years old. The staff at the home went beyond their normal duties to make her (and our) day very special. They supplied a wonderful buffet and a fabulous cake. The made us all (about 20 of us) very welcome. The girls made sure that Mum looked really nice and
that she enjoyed her day. I live 300 miles away, so knowing my mum is cared for with respect and dignity is a huge weight off my mind. My sister lives close and she gives me regular updates. They are always very positive. The home is spotlessly clean. The staff are all kind. The food is very good. And the Care is excellent. I couldn’t be happier leaving my lovely mum in their very capable hands. Thank you all.

As the sole carer for a very dear friend, it was imperative she was 'placed' in a residential care home which would provide the very best level of care available.

For 9 months she received professional nursing skill, kindness, compassion and affection from the staff caring for her.

I cannot praise

this organisation enough for their professional standards - at all levels.

I visit the home twice a week normally and have always found staff and management very friendly and supportive. The fact that my husband has settled well there speaks volumes about the care he received.
