 With A-Z Care Data, it is simplicity itself to set up a care home and nursing home mailing. In your mail shot, you can use the mailing list to target the care homes and nursing homes by region, size, category of care and many other criteria.
The data is provided in the format you require eg. Excel spread sheet, CSV file... and it is either emailed or sent on a CD. You can extract the data in many ways and can easily use standard word-processing or database software packages to produce tailored letters and labels to mail to the care homes and nursing homes.
We have several procedure that ensure that the A-Z Care Home Database is the most comprehensive, up to date and accurate care home database available. These include:
• On a daily basis we update the database throughout the year in liaison with the Registration Authorities in England, Wales & Scotland
• We send a a monthly Email Marketing Report to the care homes providing them with an online form to update their details
• Questionnaires are mailed to the care homes twice a year requesting updates
• carehome.co.uk is receiving an average of over 6.8 million visits per year (569,000 in August 2010). <webstats screenshot> and its hardcopy book A-Z Care Homes Guides are both market leaders in the care sector and Care Homes regularly email/fax/telephone changes through updates to their listings
• The Industry press is monitored for any relevant changes to Care Homes
• The address data is cleaned using market leading data cleaning software and we also have several other in-house checking procedures to ensure the accuracy of all of our data

Conditions of Supply

Prior
to supply of A-Z Care Homes data, the purchaser must
sign
a Licence Agreement covering the use of the data supplied.
Licence Agreement Terms
1. For storage within the Licensee's own computer system.
2. For unlimited use within the Licensee's own business-to-business direct mail applications.
3. For extraction of statistics, reports for use within the Licensee's own organization and by the Licensee's own employees.
Any extension or variation of the above uses must be with Tomorrow's Guides' prior written permission. The care home data supplied to the Licensee may not be sold to, transmitted to or used by or on behalf of (eg shared mailings) any third party, nor may it be included on an Internet site or Smartphone Application. Where applicable, it is the responsibility of the Licensee to screen telephone/fax numbers against the Telephone/Facsimile Preference Service Registers and other relevant regulatory authorities. Any use of the Care Homes data supplied after the expiry date of this Licence will automatically incur an additional year’s Licence fee at the current renewal rate for the data supplied
