On behalf of a well respected care organisation I am looking for a Clinical Lead, preferably RN although RMN qualified individuals will be considered, for their brand new Neuro-rehabilition unit in Westcliff on Sea.
The service is brand new and has recently been developed to provide person centred care to all of its 5 residents. The unit is designed to cater for adults who require some form of Neurological Rehabilition/ Care and there conditions include (but are not restricted to) Brain injury, strokes, motor neuron disease, pallitaive care, parkinsons disease, the ventilated clients. It is in a delightful location just 5 minutes from the seafront and promanade.
I am looking for a Registered Nurse with a strong passion for care and experience in the area of Neuro rehabilition. You will need to have at least 3 years post graduate experience, experience of managing a team, a good knowledge of neurological conditions particularly those relating to aquired brain injuries, experience of working with ventilators, tracheotomies and PEG feeds and possess excellent communication and time management skills.
In return for your hard work and dedication my client is offering an annual salary that is negotiable for the right person (circa £25'000- £30'000) , 5.6 weeks annual leave, a great working environment and lots of availability for overtime.
