An exciting opportunity has a risen for a home manager to join an established care provider in Selby. My client is a small independent provider of care services in the Yorkshire Area
My client has an excellent reputation providing residential and nursing services for older people. They offer a range of services throughout West and North Yorkshire to meet the differing needs of elderly individuals. They are very passionate about care standards and pride themselves on providing exceptional care services to the Elderly.
An experienced and motivated individual is required to manage a medium sized care home, providing nursing and social care for older people. The home is situated in a small town within easy reach of shops and transport links.
My client is seeking a strong, experienced individual with drive and commitment who is seeking a new exciting challlenge.
The successful candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:
•Nurse Qualified (RGN)(current PIN)
•RMA Or be willing to undertake
•Proven track record of successful home management or have been in a Deputy Managers post and seeking the next step up
•Sound knowledge of CQC and Care Standards
•Registered with CSCI / CQC
•Dynamic & Enthusiastic
Duties will include:
•Overall responsibility of the home
•Staff management/appraisals/Training
•Care plans/reviews/meetings
•Budget
In return the successful candidate will receive a fantastic comprehensive manager’s salary package, including:
•A basic salary of up to £28k
