A fantastic opportunity has a risen to work for a nationwide Domiciliary/supported living service.
As the Branch manager you would be in charge of 4 services delivering care to those with learning disabilities.
You will also have experience of dealing with:
• Staff rota’s and timesheets
• Working with budgets
• Risk assessments
• Care plans
• Service users, ensuring they are happy with the service
• Managing a team of carers/ appraisals / 1:1’s / team meeting
RMA/NVQ Level 4 in management essential a long with a background in a supported living environment.
