An exceptional opportunity has arisen to manage a 100+ bed, CQC 3 Star, Nursing Home.
The home has been purpose built offering state of the art surroundings and facilities. It is based in secure secluded landscaped grounds but with easy access to the local amenities and town centre. They offer care for elderly clients and EMI and CQC have awarded the home 3 stars and it has held these for the last two years, due in part to the extremely stable management and staff team.
In your role as the Home Manager you will be responsible for the day to day running of the home and management of the staff. You should have an in depth knowledge of the CQC and have a good track record of achievement in this area. Ideally you will have experience of managing a 70+ bed nursing home and be used to managing a large staff team. You will be RGN or RMN qualified.
