Description

Our client is looking for a Nursing Home Manager to run a 26 bedded challenging behaviour home in the West Midlands.
Ideal candidates will:
-be RNLD or RMN qualified or equivalent
-must also have experience of working with challenging behaviour.
-Must have good CQC knowledge
-have either ran a similar sized home previously or be able to demonstrate the ability to run a home of this size.
*MUST BE NURSE QUALIFIED*
Duties will include running the home, service users and other duties as required.
