We are looking to recruit an experienced Manager to take a lead role in a home based in York.
The role will be challenging and varied and you will be expected to help the team, put strategies and procedures in to place to ensure the successful running of a home.
Strong leadership and management qualities are essential, as is a dynamic and flexible approach to the role. You must have extensive experience of supervising and auditing a group of care homes and a proven track-record of successful management in a healthcare environment is required
You will have a first level Registered General Nurse qualification as well as a CQC recognised care management qualification or be willing to work towards the leadership and management Award.
