We currently have a fantastic vacancy opportunity for a Deputy Manager to work for a highly rated, large sized care home based in York.
Your role will be to implement care home policies formulated by the home, directed towards high standards of resident care, staff welfare and training, and ensure the good reputation of the business in co-operation with the Home Manager. The salary for this role is £30,000 per annum.
With an emphasis on providing first class care to all of the homes residents you must have between 3 – 5 years previous experience as a deputy care home manager. You will also need an NVQ 4 in management to be considered for this role. You must be a qualified nurse.
