Our client, a leading care home provider is looking for a first class experienced and qualified nurse manager to take responsibility for the day to day management of a new purpose built 60 bedded nursing facility.
It is expected that there will be a very strong link with local PCT commissioners. They anticipate client groups being accommodated in separate areas with needs ranging from older people with physical frailties, to older people with dementia type illnesses, to older people with other mental health needs.
The home is new and purpose built and the standard of accommodation is very high.
You will be an RGN with experience of managing teams and delivering targets and managing performance.
