Description

Qualified RGN manager required for 40 bedded Residential / Dementia home based in Newcastle.
As Home Manager, you will have responsibility for the day to day running of the care home. Your key duties will revolve around providing high standards and quality of care, recruitment and training staff, managing staff rotas and holidays, liaising with the relevant external agencies and residents families, and marketing the home within the local community to ensure that occupancy levels remain as high.
Successful applicant must have solid experience working in a Residential / Dementia home setting as a manager and also hold an RMA certificate or a similar management qualification.
