Care Home Manager – Knottingly - £28-£30k pa + bonus and benefits
Our client are a small group of care home sin the Yorkshire area that provide a range of care facilities (nursing, residential, respite, mental health) all of which are dedicated to providing quality care within a quality environment. The are currently seeking an RGN care home manager to oversee the running of their nursing home in the Knottingly area.
We are looking to recruit a candidate with experience at a senior level within the health or social care sector, which includes direct line management of all staff including qualified nurses, budget responsibilities, a good understanding of person centred care and an ability to support and manage staff teams.
Candidates will need to be RGN qualified with home management experience within a similar elderly care home setting. We are able to consider candidates that are currently working in a deputy or clinical lead position. In return you will receive ongoing training and development and a generous benefits package including performance related bonus and a company pension scheme.
