Clinical Lead - £28-30k West Byfleet

I am looking for an experienced Nurse to lead a clinical team in a purpose built care centre, which is owned by one of the largest care providers in Surrey. The home has 42 beds providing nursing care and accommodation for older people and residents diagnosed with dementia.
This organisation prides themselves on excellent care standards and top services, all of their homes have beautifully landscaped gardens, an on-site hairdressing and beauty salon service, cinema room, internet corner and library. They also organise special events, family days etc.
This home is in need of an experienced nurse with leadership experience, who can lead an excellent clinical team and support the Home Manager. The role is an great chance to take the next step in your career and join a growing organisation.
Candidate Requirements:
Valid PIN
3 years + Nursing Experience
Dementia/Elderly Experience
1 year + Leadership Experience (Senior Nurse, Team Leader or Clinical Lead)
2 Excellent References
