Asperger Home receives 3 Star Excellent Rating

Kemble House, Residential Care and Supported Living for adults with Autism and Asperger syndrome has been awarded 3 Stars Excellent rating by CSCI following their latest inspection. The Autism home received an Excellent rating in the key areas of providing: • Individual needs and choices • Lifestyle • Environment

Residents at Kemble House all have a primary diagnosis of Autism and Asperger syndrome. The home provides the individuals with the independent living, social awareness and communication skills required to move to less supported care at a pace that they are comfortable with.

Every resident receives direct support from the Brookdale Multi Disciplinary Team (MDT), including Consultant Psychologist, Consultant Psychiatrist, Speech & Language Therapist and Occupational Therapist. The MDT work holistically with the individual to ensure that a inclusive care, treatment and management plan that includes their specific needs, abilities and interests provides them with the best care pathway to live a full and independent life.
