OPEX Hosting provides all services via the web or telephony network, thus taking away the need to purchase, upgrade or maintain capital equipment. The service stores all its data within the NHS N3 network and therefore adheres to all patient confidentially guidelines and protocols.

OPEX Hosting already supply call recording solutions to over 70% of the Out of Hours organisations in the UK as well as several Ambulance Trusts and PCT’s. The benefits of using the system include: dispute resolution, staff protection/monitoring and training, doctor triage call protection and to improve ‘best practice’ standards across the business.

The OPEX Call Craft Platform is a self-service environment that allows OPEX Hosting customers to have access to the system where call recordings can be played back, downloaded or copied as requirements dictate.
