All the staff at Glebelands, Wokingham are hard working, conscientious and polite. Nothing is too much trouble for them whatever the time of day or night. There's always activities going on and for those that can go outside various trips arranged either to a garden centre, M & S or even Ascot week. Food is of a high quality and very well presented.

Last but not least, the Home is very well managed and run by very dedicated, compassionate and hardworking manager and deputy who have the genuine best interests and wellbeing of each resident at heart. Thank you so much to all!

Z3 great meals a day

Can honestly say it's such a lovely home! The staff are so welcoming and friendly, they listen to concerns and give solutions suited for your resident. The activities are great, they have so many different activities each day that you can choose from as well as event days such as musicians coming in or bringing animals in. The other residents are all lovely too. The facilities are amazing, you can have coffee/tea and cakes in the coffee area or in the beautiful garden looking at the scenery. Overall it's a lovely place for anyone who is looking to move here.

The staff and carers at the manor are always very friendly and helpful. My mother in law is treated with care an dignity and the care home and grounds are always clean and well maintained.

We viewed so many care homes before finding The Manor, and we actually had one more to visit that day. But from the moment we drove up the driveway and saw the beautiful gardens, we had a feeling this place was different.

The building was lovely, but what really stood out was the staff. They genuinely seemed to enjoy their jobs, and the residents were smiling and happy - something we hadn't seen at any of the other homes we visited.

Two months on, and we still feel exactly the same. Mum seems happy and well cared for, which makes it so much easier for us to leave her knowing she's in good hands.

The activities are fantastic too, and as a family we've been able to join in, have fun and share some lovely laughs n making great memories with mum

Having had boarding school experience, I know what living in a community is like. Tho I come to stay at the home regularly on respite & I feel the areas I was concerned about have improved. Lovely to see the original staff here & that they are still as attentive & kind as they were. I would completely recommend anyone to come here and feel that the home reflects the values of the care one would wish for, for the elderly.

Lovely, homely building as soon as you walk through the door. Every member of staff are polite and very helpful especially in the hour of need. They can't do enough for the residents and family, they are worth their weight in gold!

The cleaning staff also do a fantastic job keeping bedrooms and all areas of the Manor clean and tidy allowing safe access for all.

We are extemly happy with the care home Mum has settled in really well Staff are fantastic.

we visited my aunt today on her 96th birthday. Having been a resident for one year, she is very happy + settled. The staff are all very nice + friendly and all of her needs are catered for. My mother was also a resident at Bucklers Lodge until she passed away at christmas. As a family, we have only good things to say about the care given by the staff and the building itself and the surroundings are first class. We would recommend Bucklers Lodge to anyone looking for complete peace of mind for their loved ones.

Mum is very happy and content, thanks to all the staff from us all.

Buckler's Lodge staff are wonderful and caring of my mother who has been a resident for 16 months. The staff are also very accommodating of guests and there is a relaxed atmosphere in the home. There are also lots of activities organized including musicians, dancers etc to perform for the residents.

The recent addition of a new GM is already yielding results.

Mum always comments that she is very well looked after and often comments on the chefs work.
